All shipping services used by Fleece Factory provide a tracking number.
Shipments are made through UPS, FedEx, Canada Post or Canpar.
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days delay (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
Orders placed over the weekends will be processed on following Business days.
Canadian and U.S. Orders over $35 ships for FREE for retail customers.
Wholesale Canadian and U.S. Orders over $400 ships at a Flat or Carrier Rate depending on the location and region of the delivery.
Retail shipping to the rest of the world is offered at a flat rate of $50.
*We do not ship to PO Boxes/ Armed Forces addresses.
*We do not offer Collection In Person from Business addresses.
At Fleece Factory, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, item(s) ordered on www.fleecefactory.com may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, if the below requirements are met-
- Hangtags still attached
- In its original packaging
Returns will be inspected by Fleece Factory and will be fully refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Any demand for exchanges must follow the same procedure as returns indicated above.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SENT BY E-MAIL. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number.
Items marked as “FINAL SALE” on your receipt cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
