WRAP is a difficult accreditation to receive and it certifies its suppliers based on 12 principles which range from health and safety to environment to the prohibition of forced labor.

SHIPPING POLICY

Where do we ship? Fleece Factory ships to Canada & USA. We do not deliver to PO boxes or US territories.

How long will it take to receive my order? All orders require 3-5 business days to process before shipment. Any order placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered. Please note, Fleece Factory is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has exited our warehouse facilities. What are your shipping rates? Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 (CAD) before taxes. Standard Shipping Rate to USA, calculated at checkout. 

Why was my order cancelled? In the event that an item is unavailable, Fleece Factory will notify the customer using the email address used at the time of the purchase and issue a refund to the original payment method used to complete the purchase.

I received a damaged item. What do I do? Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@fleecefactory.net if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
