At FLEECE FACTORY we do things our way, the right way. Our products are manufactured overseas and are all fair trade. We are constantly in communication with our manufacturing sources to ensure they’re following our ethical policies. We are, by extension, WRAP Certified (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), which means we treat every one of our employees with dignity and respect, and are constantly aware of our environmental impact. WRAP is a difficult accreditation to receive and it certifies its suppliers based on 12 principles which range from health and safety to environment to the prohibition of forced labor.
At the moment, Fleece Factory ships to CANADA & USA.
We do not deliver to PO boxes, Commercial Buildings or US territories. Please provide a residential address as your shipping address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders require 3-5 business days to process before shipment. Any order placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, additional protocols have been put in place and may affect processing time.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.

What are your shipping rates?
Free standard shipping on all CAN on all orders over $50 (CAD) before tax.
Standard Shipping Rate to USA, calculated at checkout.
Wholesale Canadian and U.S. orders over $400 ships at a Flat or Carrier Rate depending on the location and region of the delivery.
*We do not ship to PO Boxes/ Armed Forces addresses.
*We do not offer Collection In Person from Business addresses.
At Fleece Factory, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, item(s) ordered on www.fleecefactory.com may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, if the below requirements are met-

Returns will be inspected by Fleece Factory and will be fully refunded (minus any re-stocking fee) to your original method of payment.
Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund amount to return to your bank account or original payment method.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Any demand for exchanges must follow the same procedure as returns indicated above.
Only 1 exchange per transaction/order will be authorized for a Pre-Paid Return Label.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Items marked as “FINAL SALE” or bought from the "SALE" section of the website/collection page cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returns for refund will be subject to a $9.99 restocking fee. If there are multiple return items in one order, only a one time fee of $9.99 will be deducted from refund request. If there is only 1 item to return, the same re-stocking fee applies.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the event that an item/items is/are unavailable, Fleece Factory will notify the customer using the email address used at the time of the purchase and issue a refund to the original payment method used to complete the purchase. In the event where a "Gift Visa/Mastercard" is used, the refund will be issued back to the card used for the purchase. Kindly refer back to your merchant for the amount of the refund.
For Return and Refund:
Returns will be inspected by Fleece Factory and will be fully refunded to your original method of payment.

For Return and Exchange:
Items returned for an exchange will need to reach our warehouse and inspected before the exchange item is sent out.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.
Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the exchanged item to be shipped to your address.
For faster exchange, we advise you to return the item in your possession for a refund and order a new style/size from our website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
